Growing up, did you dream of a knight in shining armour, like your character Guinevere does in King Arthur? - Helen Gibson, Bristol
I've always been a bit of a tomboy, so no, not really.

How did you find having to learn sword fighting and archery for King Arthur? - Anna Wallace, Bolton
It was great fun. I'd done some archery before, when I was at summer camps as a kid. And I absolutely loved the sword fighting. It felt just like being a kid again.

You've worked with the gorgeous Orlando Bloon and Johnny Depp. Who else would you like to co-star with? - Amy Knox, Leicester
Yes - they're pretty good, aren't they? Kissing Orlando and Clive Owen is a tough job, but a girl's gotta do what a gir's gotta do. There are so many talented actors out there. I'd like to work with all of them, please.

Do you work out to stay in shape? - Amanda Griffin, Canterbury
I'm only 19 and, at the moment, I don't need to go to the gym and I don't need to diet. My dad's very thin, so I think this is me. But who knows what's going to happen? It could all go blob in a minute! But I had to do three months of pretty intensive training before filming on King Arthur started. For me, that meant a lot of weightlifting because I had to bulk up and gain muscle. I worked out about three to four times a week for two hours, lifting and boxing.

You dropped out of college early. Do you think you'll ever go back? - Anthony Reed, Cambridgeshire
Not at the moment - I can't see myself going to college until I know what I want to actually study. But when acting disappears and I have some idea what to do afterwards, I'll go back and study.

What are your beauty must-haves? - Michelle Keaton, London
I drink lots of water to protect my skin and I use Dr Hauschka cleanser and toner and E45 cream. I sometimes get facials and I like have manicures and pedicures, too. It's so relaxing - it relieves me of any stress I'm feeling.

Where do you live and why? - Philippa Knight, Gwent
I've just bought a place in London, but I haven't moved in yet because I've been in LA. It needs a bit of work because when I first got it the toilet broke, water was dripping through the ceiling and there was no hot water. It was a nightmare. But I'm looking forward to doing it up and moving in.

Do you have a boyfriend? - Michael Gardener, Kettering
Yes, but I'm not talking about him.

Like me, you had dyslexia as a child. Did you find coping with it a struggle? - Gemma Blair, Swansea
I don't know if I had dyslexia, but I did have learning difficulties at an early age. I never had the official test, so I can't call it dyslexia. I couldn't read and write very early on - I was in special needs classes all through infant and junior school. But I was fine by the time I went to secondary school. I'd worked out ways around it and I didn't need extra help any more. It hasn't been a problem for a long time. I don't know if it was a struggle because I don't know what it's like not to have it.

Does it feel weird whenever you see yourself on the covers of magazines? - Petra Hushovd, London
It's rather embarrassing, I try to ignore it! A lot of the time I'm not in the country when the magazines come out, so it's very strange to be here and see all the billboards. When I see myself on film I'm extremely critical - I don't like to watch. I can't. I can't stand my voice and I can't handle the way I look, so I can't really judge whether it's any good or not. I saw King Arthur two days ago and I spent the entire time saying: "Shut me off, get me off!"

What CDs are on your stereo at the moment? - Martin Raynor, Chester
It's weird - I'd never been into music that much until recently. I don't know why. I was more into movies and I always kind of though: 'If it's on the radio, then fine.' But recently I've been listening to a lot of Jeff Buckley - I think his albums are amazing. Maroon 5 are fantastic and really cool and I've just been to see Damien Rice live. He's amazing. I've listened to his album and it's good, but when he plays live he has that great raw quality.

Do you have any hobbies? - Georgia McAndrew, Nottingham
I've been working so much that I don't really have any spare time. But I love hanging out with my friends and family. I love films. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time going to cinema and watching movies.

What couldn't you leave home without? - Carole Davis, London
I always have family photos with me. And my iPod. It's the best thing ever invented.

You wear quite a revealing battle outfit in King Arthur. Did it bother you that you had to show more than your male co-stars? - Lara McKinnon, Cornwall
I trained with the men, so I got to see their biceps all the time. That was definitely fun - they were yummy! Most of the warriors of that period were nude, so I was practically fully clothed by comparison. There were lots of other girls who exposed their legs, but I wasn't exposing my legs for anyone so I was allowed to wear trousers.
